Analyze

First, our team conducts a deep-dive into the brands portfolio identifying central or recurring themes in subject matter, presentation, and delivery. We then look into the consumer and cultures the brand is interested in reaching. By gathering qualitative insights on the sender and receiver we can develop a strategy that enables us to maximize our engagement.

Strategize

By cross-referencing the qualitative insights against the brands objectives and project parameters, we will understand the greatest opportunity for impact. At this step we will identify and articulate what we will produce, where we will distribute, and how each piece works together to accomplish the business goals. Once approved, we move into creative development.

Visualize

With our strategy as a blueprint, we develop the narrative and aesthetic treatment. This can include but not limited to sketches, mood-boards, storyboards, renderings and mockups. We will also identify the appropriate production methods we will use to effectively execute. Once aligned we will source the team and kick-off pre-production.

Produce

The production process includes, pre-production, production, and post-production. Pre-production accounts for the logistical planning of the project. Production accounts for the execution of the content or experience. Post-production accounts for the fine processing of the material as well as any versioning or resizing needed.

Deliver

Once all of the material has been produced and processed, we run a final quality control to ensure everything has been prepared accurately before packaging all master and working files in preparation for delivery. Final assets will be delivered via Dropbox or client provided FTP.
