Once your order has been received, we will schedule a Google Meets call to discuss your project in detail. If you require a larger scope and would like to add additional services to this package, we will provide an adjusted invoice at that time! Once approved we begin work, which includes any needed research, planning, and concepting. We’ll collaborate via Dropbox - where you’ll be able to review, leave feedback, and download final assets.

This production package includes a combination of sourced and custom graphics. All material produced within the scope of this project can be used across your internal and external presentations only. If client wishes to use produced material or elements for any other assets, both internal, external, or commercially, the client must communicate with agency team and will be responsible for any associated liscenicing fees. (For example, fonts, imagery, etc.)

For all packaged services, full payment is due in advanced. If a project is cancelled at any point during the process, client is responsible for paying a 50% cancellation fee which is intended to cover all labor an expences incurred from the work completed to date. Similarly, for custom quotes, client is resopnsible for placing a non-refundable deposit of 50% to begin work with the final balance being due before receiving final assets.
