Dentsu Internal Comms Campaign
The network is in the first stages of planning a large-scale software migration from Media Ocean to Hudson MX which will change the way hundreds of employees do their work. But COVID-19 has radically changed the work environment and future plans for DAN employees. Because of all this difficult and unexpected change for employees, we expect them to have different mindsets and emotions regarding DAN and the large scale internal change. TheHAU5 team was commissioned to create an internal comms campaign that empowered employees to make the switch during their WFH journey.
